Short programmes for people already leading.

Four intensive programmes for senior professionals who have to make decisions about technology, data, design and their own teams, without pausing the job to do it.

How the programmes run.

Executive education at NUTM is not a shortened degree. It is built for people who already carry responsibility and need judgement rather than credentials: how to evaluate a claim, scope a first deployment, or lead a team through a change nobody has done before.

Programmes are taught in intensive blocks so participants can attend without leaving their organisations, and cohorts are kept small enough for structured peer feedback to be real rather than ceremonial.

Where possible, participants work with their own organisational data and their own live problems, so what they leave with is a decision they can act on rather than a case-study conclusion.

  • Blocks, not terms

Each programme is three modules taught as concentrated blocks rather than spread across a semester.

  • Small cohorts

Group sizes are held down so peer feedback and discussion carry real weight.

  • Live problems

Participants are asked to bring an organisational challenge and work it through the programme rather than a supplied case.

  • No technical prerequisite

The technology programmes assume professional seniority, not an engineering background.
