The programme.
This programme builds the leadership capabilities needed to inspire teams, drive change and achieve impact that outlasts the leader who started it.
It draws on the personal-mastery work that runs through NUTM's degree programmes and takes it further, into the specific difficulty of leading organisations through conditions that will not hold still.
Participants work in a small cohort with structured peer feedback, which is the part most leadership training omits and most participants remember.
