Design Thinking
Human-centred design applied to business and societal problems that have resisted other methods.

The programme.
This programme develops innovative solutions using human-centred design principles, applied to the business and societal challenges participants bring with them.
It is taught as a studio rather than a lecture series. Participants observe real users, build rough prototypes within hours, and are expected to abandon their first idea.
The method is most useful where the problem is poorly defined, which is precisely where most organisational effort is wasted.
