The programme.
This programme takes leaders from reporting to analysis, from knowing what happened to understanding why, and deciding what to do about it.
Participants work with their own organisational data where possible, so the output is a decision they can actually take rather than a case-study conclusion.
The statistical content is taught for interpretation and challenge, not derivation. The goal is a leader who can interrogate an analyst's work credibly.
