What the portfolio is for.
Executive Education is a portfolio rather than a degree-awarding faculty. It exists for people who already carry responsibility and need to make consequential decisions about technology, data, design or their own organisations.
The four programmes are deliberately unalike. Artificial Intelligence and Business Analytics are about evaluating and deploying technical capability; Design Thinking is a studio; Leadership Excellence is a small cohort with structured peer feedback.
None of them assume a technical background. All of them assume the participant has something real at stake.
Decisions, not credentials
The measure of these programmes is whether a participant makes a better call afterwards, not what they can put on a CV.
Attendance without absence
Blocks are scheduled so senior people can attend without stepping away from the organisations that sent them.
The participant's own problem
Wherever the format allows, the work is done on a live challenge the participant brought with them.
