Information Technology
Running the computing infrastructure organisations depend on, and improving it once it runs.
- B.Sc
- 8 semesters

- Through UTME
The programme.
The B.Sc. Information Technology develops graduates who can manage computing infrastructure, support the people who use it, and optimise operations once the basics are stable. It is the most operationally minded of the three computing degrees.
Where Computer Science asks how a system should be built, this degree asks how it should be run: capacity, availability, cost, and the human factors that decide whether a deployment succeeds.
Students work with the same infrastructure their employers will: cloud platforms, identity systems, monitoring stacks and service-management practice, applied through two industrial placements.
