The programme.

The B.Sc. Computer Science unlocks the essential ideas of the discipline through programming, networking and the technologies now reshaping how software is built. It is taught as a four-year sequence of eight consecutive semesters, on campus in Apapa.

The degree is deliberately practical. Students write code from the first semester, work in teams from the second year, and spend two mandatory industrial placements inside Nigerian companies before graduating. The theory is not skipped. It is taught so that the practice makes sense.

Teaching is shared between resident faculty and adjunct academics from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, the University of Pennsylvania and Stanford, which is why the syllabus tracks what those departments are teaching rather than what a decade-old curriculum specifies.
