NUTM's executive portfolio now runs to four short programmes: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Design Thinking and Leadership Excellence.
None of them is a shortened degree. They are built for people who already carry responsibility and need judgement rather than credentials: how to evaluate a vendor's claim, scope a first deployment, or lead a team through a change nobody in the room has done before.

How they run
- Three modules each, taught as concentrated blocks rather than spread across a semester
- Cohorts kept small enough for structured peer feedback to be real
- Participants asked to bring a live organisational challenge
- No technical prerequisite for the technology programmes
Design Thinking is taught as a studio: participants observe real users, build rough prototypes within hours, and are expected to abandon their first idea. Leadership Excellence runs the smallest cohort of the four, because the structured peer feedback that makes it work does not scale.
